Jackie- Food has been in my genes for longer then I would like to admit. Generations of my family have embraced the culinary business as more than something to pay the bills, but a way of life. Needless to say I consider myself a stuck up food bitch. I believe that good food brings people together. Sometimes the simple task of finding a good place to eat can be daunting. Therefore, as the pompous food bitch, I took it upon myself to tackle the challenge. Through this blog I plan on telling you about the best places to get genuinely good local food. Greta -I've always been a writer, and I've always been a snob. I know what I want to eat, so it makes it harder to actually find something i like. But, that's the goal - find decent food and tell everyone about it. My family is into exotic experiences; food doesn't feed us, it excites us. a little bit of local flare is all I'm looking for and writing about.
